You may be able to sell them for five cents to a dollar. Type - Washington quarter. Edge - reeded. Mint Mark - no mint mark. Place of minting - Philadelphia., The reverse looks pretty normal but as you can see on the obverse, most of "In God We Trust" down to the 19 in 1994 does not look like it should. The mint mark P is pretty faint as well. Is this just wear or could the coin have been struck like this?
