Like Doc said, check the fuel pressure first. a perfectly working system (both air & fuel) will create 107 psi of fuel pressure during cranking. The fuel pressure gauge needle will bounce while testing, thats normal but it should still hoover in the 107 range. You should see 27 psi when you put the key on ...
