No clear mention of which relay it is in ..., After inspecting the belt, there can only be two things left that could be happening: 1. The clutch is not getting a signal to turn on. This indicates some form of wiring problem. -or-. 2. The AC compressor is getting a command to turn on but is no longer able to, which would indicate that it needs replacing. 2., The AC relay fuse keeps blowing. It is most likely the ac clutch,or the blower motor causing the problem,when it is working,feel of the blower motor to see if it is hot,to touch,if it is,this is the problem,if it is not,the ac clutch will be the problem. 2005 Expedition ac not cooling.
