I have the same problems. But I discovered that if you switch to first person in the car you can see radios switching by tapping R (not holding). Its a green display to your right under big red one. Now I know that I dont have radio sounds at all for some reason. #3.

I've noticed that when conversations happen inside, the audio is very echo-y. It seems that the audio in the right channel is a fraction of a second delayed after the left channel.
