Elgato no signal

Hi Community, I am experiencing an issue with Elgato 4k60 pro mk2 with my sony a6400. When I start up the 4k capture utility it states no signal. I am plug into the in port via hdmi and micro hdmi to the camera. Not sure if there is something in the settings I need change but it seems when I plug my console hdmi into the elgato it works.

The cable from the console connects to the HDMI in port. The cable from the Elgato Game Capture 4K60 S+ HDMI out port connects to the TV/Monitor. Check the TV/Monitor Input.
