How can i get rid of junk emails

I have tried just about anything I could find to stop unwanted endless spam emails. Also, "Block" or "Set Rules" does not work on any spam emails arrived from " contact@[RandomCD/7.com" in particular. These idiots are randomly changing the numbers or letters and always get thru these rules.
