How to turn off onstar demonstration mode

Been seeing a few posts about Onstar privacy concerns, and wanted to make sure I didn't have any exposure. I have a used 2020 Bolt that's Onstar capable, but I don't think I have the service enabled. I also don't have the Chevy app so not sure how to turn off the SmartDriver functionality, or if that's even an issue for me.
