Quests: Defeat 8 Prisoners ($7000 and 550k XP), Defeat 8 Dangerous Prisoners ..., I get the elite pirates quests but I cant find the elite pirate. Diablo and urban (dont remember name) spawned and i checked all of the hydra spawns but they didnt show up anywhere. 0 comments.
