Litter robot pinch fault

I still have warranty, the robot was bought in 31/05/2018 and I have 3 year extended warranty. Can you tell me what I have to do please? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Within 2 weeks I started getting false full errors, and then today it has failed due to the pinch detect fault. I've spent hours watching self repair videos, cleaned the sensors, cleared the pinch detectors, and after 2 cycles it is back to pinch default errors. They over engineered this thing to have sensitive parts exposed to corrosion. clean the metal tabs (bonnet and base) bend the plastic tabs outward. put plastic tape after connecting the bonnet to the base so it’s “well connected”. move the LR3 away from walls. disable night light. After all applied, it seems working.
