Working quickly, toss everything together and then pour the mixture down over the wax paper to cool (about 10 minutes)., Transfer meat into your slow cooker. Layer onion, broth, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or on high 3 hours. About 30 minutes before you’re ready to eat, move heat to high on your slow cooker and add in your noodles.
