Mut squads madden 23 not working

The field pass is not working and we don't get any rewards. I have been playing Ultimate Team for over a week and completed all the Challenges available. Bought several packs and have been working through levels of all three Field Passes. After the update today, I am no longer able to access Ultimate Team.
