I know he rabbitholes pretty deeply into his work sometimes, so I try to be stoic and unbothered most of the time, but it's getting to the point where I just feel neglected. For context: he's a military officer who just got back from a rotation in Europe. I am pretty low maintenance and always ..., 1s tend to lean more towards leadership styles that revolve around order, structure, logic, rules… etc. and seem to be less volatile than 3s and 8s, generally more calm and collected (on the surface) when healthy. They also tend to struggle more with anxiety.
