It was a new Duracell battery on both times. I did a factory reset and started the setup from scratch. Still, the battery lasted less than a week. I believe the MyQ unit has gone bad. It continuously looks for the sensor signal, thus draining the sensor's battery. It worked fine for almost two years, so I guess it is time to replace it.
