Boat owners are back out on the water this weekend at Shaver Lake but with some modifications. Rick Robertsons says he's lived along Shaver Lake for more than 40 years. He says this is the first time he can remember the lake was closed off to boaters. "It's been frustrating," says Robertson. "We've had the same slip here at this marina since I was 8 years old.
