You'll need galactic wonders to build the others. Certain megastructures need certain systems. A Ring World for example can only be build in a single star system. A dyson sphere the same. Certain stars like pulsars arn't valid and so on.TL;DR - Are megastructure capped to one per galaxy or is there a bug with repairing existing ones?
