Hey guys, Just matched for a fellowship program starting 2008. I have a year off and am going to spend some time abroad working in the third world. During my off time I wanted to carry a reference to prepare for next year. I think I want to focus on cardiovascular physiology, EKG's but also get basics in all areas.

I will finish IC fellowship next year and signed a job in TX. wRVU rate is $65.75 + a $2 quality bonus. I don't know if there is a difference between GC and IC with regards to the wRVU rate.
