Your CPU is old but mine is older (i7 3770K) and I'm getting a stable (kind of) 30 FPS. For reference, I'm running Yuzu mainline 1442, update 1.1.0, Dualsense Mod v8, and fps++ 30_totk. CPU goes close to 90% usage with background apps like Discord and Steam running. Absolutely lol - you're rocking a 6700k and complaining about emulator performance.
