The falls themselves are absolutely beautiful. What surrounds the area however is an overpriced, tacky, trashy pile of chain hotels, chain restaurants, entertainment centres and casinos. Nice open grassy areas with surrounding trees for relaxing. Or, you can walk around communing with nature, enjoying the flowers and other vegetative growth.
