Dodorex was an Event boss only and it's not spawnable on PC anymore (only spawnable while the Event was going on). As mentioned above, the DodoRex is not spawnable on any platform. It is only an Event Boss. If events come to Xbox One then there is a good chance the DodoRex would appear for the event duration only (if it is part of the event).
