Solved. Hi there, I was going through some old documents and found a refund check from Comcast issued in November 2020 that had not been deposited. It is marked as valid for only 180 days, so I am looking to get it re-issused. I had a Comcast account and it was cancelled with a large open credit which was sent back to me in the form of a check.

After I contacted them in December 2023, I was told that I would get the money back on my account within 10 business days. Unfortunately, I never got the money on the card which was used to order the phone.
