All of a sudden six months ago my Xfinity 4K DVR started pixelating. I'm being treated as if it's all in my head. The technician yesterday wanted me to find it on live TV while he was here. Last night I used my phone to video examples for the next time I have a technician out. I live in a new condo complex with fiber optic cabling.
