Conan exiles purge meter

I've noticed that if I don't play a lot, or take a day off the Purge Meter goes down. I logged in today expecting to be purged or close to it, when I logged out it was on the white line. But I haven't played a lot since the weekend and when I logged in today it had gone down about 15% I've noticed this before.
